    According to a 2022 Accenture survey, 76% of CEOs think the current business model will be unrecognizable in five years. This rapid state of change in how our customers create brand “stickiness” and adoption through customized vertical, and persona solutions; simplify transaction through subscription consumption with Marketplaces; and rapidly innovate with cloud services and SaaS delivery models are creating unprecedented opportunities for how we serve and deliver value with our Technology and Digital Partners. 

    Our customers trust us, and now more than ever are counting on us to help them deliver value to their business. We are focused and committed to offering the most comprehensive, flexible, and scalable co-marketing, co-selling, co-innovation, and co-investment programs to meet that objective.

    2021 was a big year for Rockwell Automation System Integrators. We revamped the entire program, based on all your input, and have received wonderful feedback from our System Integrator community that validates the changes we made.
    At Rockwell Automation we are passionate about our System Integrators and the value they bring to us and our customers. And we never take that relationship for granted, which is why we aren’t slowing down. Actually, we’re accelerating, and you can expect to see the following in 2022:

    • Skills and Capabilities – investment in your skills with ongoing Competency development, technical webinars and our continuous improvements in enablement material and tools available to you

    • Ease of Business – we’re investing heavily in simplicity with tool access, translations, Walk Me integration in our Partner Management Portal and more.

    • Program Insight – providing you insight in your performance in the System Integrator program and steps to reach the next level.

  5. PartnerNetwork Leadership Outlook for 2022 from Rob Ponsonby, Global OEM Partner Program Manager

    As we look ahead at 2022, I cannot help but feel excited for what this year has in store. The last couple of years have presented fundamental challenges to the industrial ecosystem but 2021 in particular highlighted the creativity of our Partners, the power of collaboration, and value of our PartnerNetwork Ecosystem in meeting those challenges. In 2022 we aim to build on this momentum for our OEM Partner community. Our Global Market Access organization has invested in building out our Enablement and Marketing Teams as well as creating my position to focus exclusively on our OEM Partners across the Globe. This year our focus is to truly enable our OEM Partner Community. Beginning in March, we will begin opening access to our Rockwell Automation University (RAU) and Seismic platforms for OEM Partners. These platforms will provide resources centered around both commercial and technical training to equip OEM Partners with the knowledge and skills to differentiate themselves from the competition. As we rollout this new functionality to our OEM Partner community, I encourage you to provide feedback on the OEM Partner Program so that we can continue to provide the right framework to support your growth.

  7. Rockwell Automation Reports First Quarter 2022 Results

    The following information was recently announced in the Rockwell Automation Q1 FY22 press release:

    • Record quarterly orders of $2.5 billion, up over 40% year over year
    • Reported sales up 18.7% year over year; organic sales up 16.8%
    • Reaffirms fiscal 2022 reported sales growth guidance of 16% - 19%; organic sales growth of 14% - 17%

  8. Have You Tried WalkMe?

    Rockwell Automation has recently implemented WalkMe on the Partner Portal. This new interactive navigation tool will guide you through portal menus, updating your company information, and other features found on the Partner Portal.

    You will now be able to quickly complete tasks and easily learn new features with the addition of the WalkMe step-by-step onscreen guidance. This tool replaces the use of job aids in order to give you a better user experience every time you log into the Partner Portal. WalkMe navigation is located on the right side of your screen.
